Hello Mark, Vik and all, I need some help and advice: IPCCX is nice but I've the following issues/questions: 1) my agents never get more than 2 seconds ringing, before being put in a non-ready state. The number of timeout seconds set in the 'connect' step seems to have no effect on the call trying to be transferred to the agent. What setting I am forgetting - it seemed so obvious but I just cannot find it...? 2) When I log the agent in via a fixed phone, as soon as this agent takes a call, the display returns to the normal (like without IPCCX) display - and you have to login again to get to the CData screen... Login in again eventually enables you to see the CData display. But should the agent be logging in everytime it receives a call to see this? 3) why are the settings on the CTI RP being used for (like Device pool, MRGL, user/network hold sources). I verified and it's the CTI ports behind this CTI RP that are the ones CCM is using. Are there situations when you use the CTI RP settings with IPCCX? A lot of questions, and I hope to receive some feedback so these things make more sense. All help is much appreciated. regards, Juan -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL: </archives/ccie_voice/attachments/20080228/1c9a1230/attachment-0003.html>
